When choosing a used forklift you aim for cost optimization, quality and guaranteed safety. All the forklifts of the My Used CLS proposal are subjected to detailed checks by qualified technicians. Before becoming part of the My Used CLS proposal, each forklift must pass strict safety checks and complete tests of functionality that only CLS, with its 70 years of experience in the sector, is able to guarantee. Used machines are strictly updated according to current safety regulations to ensure a truly SAFE used. The CLS My Used proposal is completed with a wide availability of models ready for delivery, the possibility of customization, financing solutions and the guarantee from 1 month to 9 months.
The process of the machine begins with the control at the entrance. A technical inspection report is made by our highly specialized personnel. This control allows us to immediately know the current condition of the machine or equipment.
The machine is disassembled, and all components are cleaned and washed. Spent operating liquids are disposed of in compliance with environmental regulations and are replaced.
Worn components are replaced and the machine is reconditioned to the standard of preparation (Easy, Premium, Premium Plus and Big Ready).
The machine is being grouted, sanded and painted like new!
Various tests are performed to verify the remaining capacity of the battery. The battery is carefully checked to ensure that it is functional and, if necessary, the spent parts are replaced.
At the end of the process, the machine and its components are tested to verify their complete functionality; All checks are carried out in compliance with current safety regulations before delivery.
This warranty consists in the repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of CLS, of the parts recognized as defective and is carried out at CLS workshops. The above guarantee does not apply to parts subject by their nature to normal wear and tear or periodic replacement and does not apply if the forklift is used in a manner not in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, is modified, repaired or disassembled even partially in workshops not authorized by CLS and is not immediately stopped waiting for repair if its operation is defective.
